Highlights
Operations update

• Underground project construction progressing on budget and on schedule for first production targeting Q4 2019;
• New technical report, including the open-pit project prefeasibility study, well progressed with completion targeted for end of Q1 2019, and continuing focus on capital efficiency and internal rate of return maximization.

Exploration update

• Regional survey work has led to new prospects being identified and the company has subsequently staked approximately 5,700 acres of unpatented claims, expanding the Pumpkin Hollow property by 32 per cent to the east.

Financing update

• Discussions well under way regarding ECA-backed project finance facility to further optimize its balance sheet for the long term;
• Working capital facility and offtake arrangements also in progress.

Gern, @valueman

Im Kupferthread hatte ich gestern einen Beitrag hereingestellt, der die kommende Angebotsknappheit auf dem Weltmarkt gut darstellt. Investments in die großen Produzenten, wie FCX ist eine Möglichkeit, Naheproduzenten wie NCU schätze ich mit größerem Hebel ein.

Nevada Copper ist derzeit 2. Kupferaktie iim Depot neben Solaris Copper, ein Spin Off von Equinox gold, die demnächst notiert wird.

Ergänzend noch dies: Kupfer hat kürzlich die 200 MA mit Vehemenz genommen, sh. Chart im Anhang.

Gutes Interview mit dem CEO Matt Gili. Hier zur Finanzierung, die gut gesichert ist:

"Matt Gili: The capital structure is well defined. We have $8 million in long-term debt. We have $153 million of cash or cash equivalents. When you look at the financing package specifically for the underground, we're fully financed, including the working capital facility to take us through operation ramp up. The inputs into that are an equity raise that we did in the middle of last year, as well as a streaming deposit with regards to a stream arrangement on the precious metals strictly from the underground deposit. We also have a $25-million subordinated debt package. Really a standby loan facility that we can use if necessary..."

Niun hat Moriarty auch NCU wiederentdeckt, was aber wenig hilft, der Kurs weiter seitwärts / abwärts.

Der Ausgabekurs 0,40 C$ ist i.O, aber die Verwässerung von rd. 13 % ist schon erheblich....

Nach wie vor eine feine Aktie, steht weiter hoch in der Watchlist und wartet auf klaren Turnaround.
