Transaction Summary
The Transaction was structured as an asset purchase transaction whereby Magna acquired all of NorthX's legal and beneficial interest in the Sudbury Properties. The consideration for the Transaction consisted of the following:
Magna paying to NorthX ONE DOLLAR (C$1.00);
Magna assuming all liabilities of NorthX with respect to the Broken Hammer mine closure plan, including lodging financial assurance with the Ministry of Mines in an amount of approximately C$481,629;
NorthX paying to Magna C$665,000 in cash to cover the Broken Hammer mine closure plan financial assurance and other costs incurred by Magna in maintaining the Broken Hammer property to the close of the Transaction; and
Magna assuming certain liabilities with respect to the Sudbury Properties, including acting as the operator of joint ventures, advanced net smelter return (NSR) royalty payments, and annual work commitments.
Sudbury, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - August 6, 2025) - Magna Mining Inc. (TSXV: NICU) (OTCQX: MGMNF) (FSE: 8YD) ("Magna" or the "Company") is pleased to announce additional drill results from the McCreedy West mine. The results include high grade copper, nickel and precious metal intersections from an area located in the footwall, up-dip within the main 700 Cu-PGE Footwall Zone ("700 Zone") and within 150 metres of surface. The reported holes (Table 1) were drilled in support of production planning and potential production expansion into areas where narrow vein mining methods could be applied. Mineralization in this area contains high PGE grades hosted in copper and nickel rich veins. Intersections include 17.9% Cu, 0.6% Ni, 28.1 g/t Pt + Pd + Au over 1.8 metres in drillhole MMW-25-119 and 10.5% Cu, 8.3% Ni, 42.6 g/t Pt + Pd + Au over 0.3 metres in drillhole MMW-25-133 (Table 1).

And 17.9% Cu, 0.6% Ni, 28.1g/t Pt + Pd + Au over 1.8 metres

And 3.3% Ni, 1.0% Cu, 0.5 g/t Pt + Pd + Au over 12.4 metres
And 3.2% Ni, 2.2% Cu, 1.4 g/t Pt + Pd + Au over 1.9 metres
Dave King, SVP Exploration and Geoscience stated, "We are pleased to announce initial assay results from the near surface drilling on the No. 1 Contact Ni-Cu zones at the Levack Mine. Drilling in this area will provide the data required to advance the Levack restart study and provide appropriate drill density to support the higher level of geological confidence required for our upcoming Mineral Resource Estimate. In addition to the Keel Copper-PGE ("Cu-PGE") zone, initial mining from this zone could be accessed via a new ramp from surface. The intersections reported today are approximately 135 to 155 metres from surface and confirm Magna's belief that there are significant areas of wide, high grade nickel mineralization at shallow depths remaining at the Levack Mine."
Morgen kommen Zahlen. Was ist da bei den +18% gestern schon vorab durchgesickert?
Bin auch gespannt. Habe eine Position im Depot. Ursprünglich wg PGM aufmerksam geworden, fand ich das sich entwickelnde Potential gut. Insbesondere Variabilität, Cu Ni oder PGM anzusteuern je nach Marktlage, und das Management das die Region und die Minen wie die eigene Westentasche kennt.

Durch Jones auf diesen Wert gekommen, bin ich nun schon eine Weile dabei und ein Drittel im Plus. bei meinem 4. Kupferwert und tröste mich damit, falls bei Foran der Zug nun doch schon ohne mich abgefahren sein sollte.
Bauchschmerzen bereitet mir der noch ausstehende Verfall bei den Standardaktienmärkten in Kürze, spätestens in Richtung Herbst..., was wird dann aus Kupfer/Kupferwerten..... 
Vllt. bekommt man diese Werte nochmals günstig...
Nun mit reichlich 40% im Plus, habe ich die Gewinne bei Magna Mining aus charttechn. Gründen mitgenommen.
Das die Quartalszahlen noch im Verlustbereich ausfielen, denk ich, ist zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch normal. Die Aktie ist dafür aber auch gut gelaufen und mir scheint ein Impuls oben angestoßen.
Nach Korrektur gerne wieder dabei.
