    seit ein paar Wochen steigt GoldOn Resources (V:GLD) kontinuierlich. Ich hatte die Aktie im Laufe der Zeit bereits als Depotleiche abgeschrieben, aber heute kam folgende Meldung:


    Victoria, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - December 7, 2020) - GoldON Resources Ltd. (TSXV: GLD) ("GoldON" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of 1,111,111 common share units at a price of $0.90 per unit with Mr. Eric Sprott to raise approximately $1,000,000 in gross proceeds. Each unit will consist of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of $1.35 per share for a period of two years from the closing date.
    Completion of this financing is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance. All securities issued pursuant to this offering will have a hold period expiring four months after the closing date. The Company will use the net proceeds of this financing to fund the Phase II drilling program in progress at its West Madsen Project in the heart of the Red Lake Gold Camp and for general working capital purposes.

    Es ist echt ein Witz - hatte mich schon gefragt, weshalb GoldON so läuft die Tage. Wieder einiges durchgesickert...




    Heute hat sich die Theorie vom Wochenende schon bestätigt: Explorer bleiben zurück - einige sind sogar gefallen heute - während die Produzenten oiutperformen. Nur Eric Sprott´s angesprochene Explorer gehen gut mit und dürften die kommende Rallye anführen:


    Discovery Metals +8%
    Abraplata +7%
    Metallic Minerals +9%
    Dolly Varden +7%
    Orex Minerals +10%
    und seit heute GoldON offiziell mit +17%... herzlich Willkommen :wall: :D

    Kannst noch GOG hinzufügen. Scharrt auch schon seit Tagen kräftig mit den Hufen.

    Wird zugelassen, dass Geld auch anderweitig als durch Arbeit geschöpft wird,
    wird jeder Tätige seiner Wertschöpfung genau insoweit beraubt, als die anderweitige Geldschöpfung an der insgesamten Geldentstehung beteiligt ist.

    Seit heute Morgen wurde auf Antrag von KSN der Handel in Erwartung einer Ankündigung ausgesetzt.

    More exploration has been planned, and a definitive feasibility study is also on the horizon.
    Es sind weitere Explorationen geplant, und eine endgültige Machbarkeitsstudie ist ebenfalls in Sicht.

    Ich hatte mich vor wenigen Tagen mit Minigewinn von KSN getrennt um Artemis Gold und Prosper Gold zu kaufen.
    Da ich mittlerweile auch meine Ölwerte verkauft habe, besteht die Chance jetzt günstiger wieder einzusteigen.
    Kapitalerhöhung am Kurshoch ist zumindest nicht ungeschickt, da es die notwenige Verwässerung etwas verringert.

    Kapitalerhöhung wird auch bei den australischen Kollegen unter Hotcopper gemutmaßt ..
    allerdings auch unter Verwunderung darüber, wofür dann das zusätzliche Geld -bei 6.8 mio $ bestehendem Kapital- sein soll ..
    Begründungen würden sicher geliefert werden mit der Bekanntmachung .. wobei ich annehme, daß dann der Bau der neuen Behandlungsanlage, also eine größere Investition die Begründung sein könnte.
    Das wäre gar recht akzeptabel um in diesen Zeiten Mehrleistung erzielen zu können.

    Musst nichts mutmassen, steht in dem Announcment drin das ich als link meinem Beitrag 1.187 beigegeben habe:

    Bei KSN habe ich erst 1/3 der vorgesehenen Position drin.....ich werde beim allfälligen Absacker nach Handelswiederaufnahme aufstocken....

    Every year in early December the junior mining sector becomes host to something called “Tax Loss Silly Season.” As the year draws to a close, many investors pick through their portfolios in order to find stocks that haven’t performed well that they can sell in order to book a loss to offset taxable realized gains on other positions. This tax loss selling reduces an investor’s overall tax liability, and often leads to silly downside moves throughout December in relatively illiquid stocks.     In past years, I have published a list of tax loss buying opportunities (see 2017 list, 2018 list, and 2019 list) and my track record has been pretty solid on these year-end tax loss buys. This year I have chosen six companies, all of which I own and some of which I may continue to accumulate in the final weeks of 2020.
    All six companies have the following in common:

    1. All of them had much higher share prices at some point between June and September and all of them have seen roller coaster rides in terms of share price action in 2020.
    2. All of them have seen weak share price performance since August/September as investor sentiment on the junior mining sector turned sour.
    3. All six companies have been waiting for assays from extensive drill programs (or trenching in the case of Gold Lion) at their respective projects. This extended wait and relative lull in news flow has caused many investors to lose interest, and in many cases, sell their shares.
    4. None of these six companies have immediate funding needs and all have sufficient cash in their respective treasuries to get through Q1 2021 - however, i’m sure several of them will raise additional capital in 2021 should market conditions become more favorable.
    5. All six companies have multi-bagger potential in 2021. In addition to steady news flow lined up over the next few months (mainly from drill results).

    Im Sommer Contest bin ich 23. von 1.445 Teilnehmern geworden.


    Ist letztendlich auch unwichtig. Finde es nur etwas befremdlich, wenn jemand Aktien zum Kauf anpreist, die er alle selbst im Depot hat :S
    ...auch wenn ich "Goldfingers" Wissen zum Thema Gold schätze

    Hallo @zukuenftiger, welche Liste ist das? - Habe ich etwas verpasst?


    Bei Prosper Gold möchte/muss niemand unter 1,15 C$ verkaufen, aber es bietet im Moment niemand mehr als 1,05 C$. Mehr Bewegung sehen wir vermutlich erst wieder bei neuen Nachrichten oder deutlichen Veränderungen beim Goldpreis.
