Y.C. hatte ich noch nicht, beschränke mich in der Korrektur auf gaaanz wenige, (momentan nur UEC und NXE)
Chart sieht immer noch schwach aus:
-- Kurs hat Unterstützungen gebrochen,
-- MAs fallend,
-- MACD krebsend.
Es warten weitere Umterstützungen, Zwischenerholung denkbar.

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - July 4, 2024) - GoviEx Uranium Inc. (TSXV: GXU) (OTCQX: GVXXF) ("GoviEx" or "Company") has been informed by the Government of the Republic of Niger, by way of a letter from the Minister of Mines, that it no longer has rights over the perimeter of the Madaouela mining permit, which is now in the public domain. This decision to withdraw the Company's mining rights does not follow the withdrawal procedure prescribed under the applicable mining code.
Whilst GoviEx is committed to maintaining transparency and continuing its engagement with Government officials and stakeholders, it reserves the right to challenge the decision to withdraw the mining rights before the competent national or international jurisdictions.
Since the start of its operations in Niger in 2007, the Company has completed an unprecedented 650,000 metre drilling campaign to define its potential mineral resource, which is now amongst the largest known in the world. GoviEx has successfully advanced the Madaouela Project from its initial exploration phase, through a period of historically low uranium prices, to the publication of its feasibility study in late 2022. With the recent recovery in uranium prices, the Madaouela Project was poised for development and the Company had started to advance despite the political changes in Niger since the coup d'Etat on 26 July 2023. Over the last year, GoviEx received expressions of interest in excess of USD 200 million for project related debt finance, started social and environmental due diligence with a prospective lender, updated its Environmental and Social Impact Assessment, commenced Front-End Engineering Designs and initial ground works, including the construction of an access road and started exploitation. In June, the company received its radiological certificate, which is a regulatory requirement prior to starting mining operations.
GoviEx believes that the Government's decision to withdraw the mining rights for the Madaouela Project will have a negative impact on the economic and social development of the region. With a forecast initial capital expenditure of USD 343 million, as well as considerable employment opportunities, the project was forecast to create up to 800 jobs over its projected 20-year mine life, with substantial royalty payments and taxes payable to the Government. GoviEx is an international company with a diverse portfolio of uranium projects. The Company continues to progress its mine-permitted Muntanga project in Zambia and is expected to publish its feasibility study in the second half of 2024.

Da haben einige Investoren den Braten aber schon sehr früh gerochen. Die anderen Uranwerte haben ihre vorläufigen Hochs 2023/24 gemacht.

Sambia ist ein investitionsfreundliches Land, dass sich unter der aktuellen Regierung an die internationalen Investitionsregeln hält. USA freundlich wird versucht den chinesischen Einfluss zurück zu drängen. Barrick will dort 2 Mrd. US$ in den Kupferabbau investieren und First Quantum 1,3 Mrd.. Nur wie will man die dortigen Arbeiten finanzieren?

Kazatomprom enterprises to pay mineral extraction tax at differentiated rates from 2026
ALMATY. July 10 (Interfax) - Joint ventures and subsidiaries of Kazatomprom will be subject to mineral extraction tax at differentiated rates from 2026, Kazakhstan's national nuclear company said in press release.
The changes are related to amendments to the tax code, introduced on July 1, 2024, regarding the calculation of the mineral extraction tax on uranium, paid at the level of mining enterprises.
From January 1, 2023, the tax base for the mineral extraction tax on uranium is determined as the weighted average price for uranium (in the form of natural uranium concentrate U3O8) from public sources for a certain reporting period, multiplied by the amount of uranium mined and the mineral extraction tax rate of 6%.
Starting from January 1, 2025, the applicable mineral extraction tax rate on uranium will be increased to 9%.
From January 1, 2026, a differentiated approach will be introduced for calculating the mineral extraction tax on uranium, depending on the actual annual production volumes for each subsoil use contract and prices for natural uranium concentrate (U3O8). Thus, the mineral extraction tax for annual production up to 500 tonnes will be 4%, up to 1,000 tonnes - 6%, up to 2,000 tonnes - 9%, up to 3,000 tonnes - 12%, up to 4,000 tonnes - 15% , over 4,000 tonnes - 18%.
If the weighted average price of natural uranium concentrate (U3O8) exceeds the prices established below, the mineral extraction tax rate increases by the following amount: over $70 per pound - 0.5%, over $80 per pound - 1%, over $90 per pound - 1, 5%, over $100 per pound - 2%, over $110 per pound - 2.5%.

möchte die Aufmerksamkeit wieder mal auf SMR (Nuscale) lenken.
Hat jemand von Euch den Ausbruch aus dem fas 1-jährigen Abwärtstrend beobachtet?
Nach dem Ausbruch ging die Aktie in kürzester Zeit von Tief 1.80 auf über 11$.
Mit Tagesgewinnen von 40% und Tagesverlusten von ebenfalls gegen 40% hat die Aktie eine Volatilität, die ich bis dahin noch selten gesehen habe.
Aktuell werkelt sie (in meinen Augen) am Retest der Ausbruchslinie.
Wie sind Eure Meinungen betreffend SMR...?
